There are all kinds of references to Jesus as a man of flesh and blood. I could hunt down and spew verses all day (on all kinds of topics) but it would do no good, because that is not what changes a man's heart. A man's heart is changed when he decides not to be willingly ignorant and accepts Jesus. You say you woke up from Christianity, but I'm willing to bet you were never fully there, or maybe you were once, but you fell away from God because you allowed your old self to cast doubt back into your mind, and you never took the time to find your way back.
