Subject: Wellington

Hi all! This is going to be very short, but I just thought I'd let you know that we're having a great time in Wellington!

We randomly chose a different hostel than everybody else on our bus, and it turned out to be gorgeous! There was a mess up with the booking, so we got a twin room for the price of a dorm. The hotel also happens to be directly across the street from the movie theatre where Lord of the Rings premiered!!

Yesterday we saw the LOTR exhibit at the museum, which was really cool... got to see everybody's costumes! (except Legolas and Gimli, because apparently they are out and about filming right now, which is quite exciting!) Then in the evening we went to see The Two Towers at the theatre where it premiered... quite the exciting day in all! :)

Today we took a cabel car up to the top of a hill for a good view of the city, and then walked back via the botanical gardens. Adam, you would be pleased to know that we also went to see the parliment buildings!
