Saw this on TMZ a few seconds ago:

Billy Baldwin and his wife Chynna Phillips have dug a serious hole with the California Tax Board --as in they owe around $40k.

We've obtained a tax lien, filed last month, showing the couple owes The State $39,561.79 from 2007.

Interesting. Maybe this is why she's recording a Xtian album, to pay her taxes with the $$$ she makes off of it.

I hate TMZ. They make things up all of the time. I also think it is crap that they prey on celebrities and get off(not to mention make money) on making them look bad. They are celebu-vultures. There. I made up one of those stupid words too! If I read something that they "exposed" I take it with a grain of salt.
