] Date Posted: 22:58:18 09/11/07 Tue In reply to: Juli 's message, "Re: Cover art on Amazon" on 13:08:47 09/11/07 Tue I have to agree it doesn't all blend too well. I think they could've done a better job with something more simple and just a different photo of her face up-close. I'm sure it's way too late for them to consider a different cover though since it's due out in less than a month.... production probably has already been completed. Oh well! Anybody wonder if this entire album was a record label obligation and not something of great interest to Carnie? I have to wonder since originally in an interview after the lullaby CD came out she said that the next project was a WILSON PHILLIPS Christmas album. So what happened to that? I'm sure we'll never know. >It looks like she was Photoshopped into a Christmas >background. The picture of her looks OK, but it >totally doesn't match the background. > > >>I hate the CD cover! Carnie looks great as always, but >>the the album cover as a whole is HORRIBLE!!! >> >>Luis [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: 23:23:47 09/11/07 Tue I don't know too much about her contract with the label, so I wouldn't know if this is just an obligation that she has to fulfill before they can release original material. I don't think we'll ever know whatever happened to the WP Christmas album or if they're even together anymore. If Carnie goes on any talk shows to promote the CD around the holidays, I hope someone would ask if Wilson Phillips are still together or if they are broken up. I still wonder why we haven't gotten any answers. >Anybody wonder if this entire album was a record label >obligation and not something of great interest to >Carnie? >I have to wonder since originally in an interview >after the lullaby CD came out she said that the next >project was a WILSON PHILLIPS Christmas album.
