There were 3 different articles concerning the rate reduction. The commissioners could not agree which one to support since there was not enough facts as to exactly how much it would cost the District in terms of budget dollars (i.e. whether to lower the base rate or to increase the minimum cubic feet usage.) The good news is they seem to all be in agreement of some form of a rate cut and we should see one next year.
