Shawn, just a point of clarification. The ratepayers did not vote for the district to continue looking into the merger of Kenwood per se. The directive was to look at 3 different options. 1. Merge under the town. 2. Merge Kenwood & District together as one under the district. 3. Leave all at status quo. It was all on one article. I have the annual report if you're interested in looking at it.
