It certainly would have been more precise if the reporter had said "after nine months of construction and legal wrangling with Mass Electric, which holds an easement running through the property,...”

But as local reporting goes, I would give the story a B+. And, given that this is the first time I have seen that correspondent's name on a Dracut byline, I think she did an excellent job. If this story is any indication, she will do a superior job covering Dracut.

This from someone who actively and frequently criticizes the Lowell Sun when he feels it is warranted.
