It certainly would have been more precise if the reporter had said "after nine months of construction and legal wrangling with Mass Electric, which holds an easement running through the property,...�

But as local reporting goes, I would give the story a B+. And, given that this is the first time I have seen that correspondent's name on a Dracut byline, I think she did an excellent job. If this story is any indication, she will do a superior job covering Dracut.

This from someone who actively and frequently criticizes the Lowell Sun when he feels it is warranted.
