 Blake, there's only been one show since that invite so far.. whats the rush?
There's a town meeting next week that I would expect would be the subject of this weeks show (if they have one)..
Michael can make himself available as he sees fit, the show producers can choose whether to use him at that point.. whats the big deal.

Dont let the nut drive you crazy.. the best solution to him is just to drop the links to his sight. Its much quieter that way.
