Typical Dracut Mentality!! I live in Dracut and have been paying Federal & State taxes for 25 yrs and Dracut property tax for 20 yrs. I relize that not all taxes go to children education but a good amout does. My point is I have no children and I pay all these taxes. I feel it is the responsibilty of the town to help ALL CHILDREN who live in the town. From special needs to yes even children whom parents want religon as part of there education. Please do not have that "not my job man" mentality. I have talked to people who live in other towns and they all tell me what a great town Dracut is due to the fact that we bus private school children. Please with your thinking you can turn Dracut into just another town.
