I really don't think there is such a thing as "the down transmission". Oh, sure, there are transmissions of all kinds, and some of them are definitely down in relation to others,

but a transmission of Consciousness takes me where Consciousness needs to go, and it is later interpreted as either down or not, as ecstacy or despair.....the Aliveness of it does not vary at all.

In my ecstatic experiences, each soaring expansion into bliss got "paid for" with a corresponding plunge into excruciating darkness and anguish. To be large and fluid enough to hold and honor both, and even to integrate those extremes, and even to find some detachment, but not to be attached to it...... and to be as at home in all those places as in any of them.... where i want to go now.
