I've been reading these posts and mulling over the way in which our minds work. I'm sensing two entirely different ways.

One way, the most common, would be that it allays our fears and controls our painful feelings by "making sense of things", trying to understand everything, figuring it all out etc. etc. This is the hypermasculine mind in service of Fear.

Another way, less common, that our minds work is in service to Being. Where we use their incredible prowess to communicate, or attempt to communicate the mysterious doings of Being unfolding as us or maybe just a simple exposition of what it now is to be here AS Being.

It all comes back to the King/Queen analogy in "The White Hot Yoga of the Heart". Is our mind still in the position of prime minister, trying ever so ineffectively to run the Kingdom by itself or is it in service to the now awakened Queen or King?

Same mind, different purposes. Whew! Such a step down for one so used to taking charge. But good, so good.
