Yes it is God that changes peoples hearts. You have that right BUT...there is also a big reason why Jesus tells us in the Bible to tell all the nations about the good news. But before I get to that, i just want to say that I am a believing Jew (in other words a Jewish Christian, Messianic.) Comming back now, when we share the good news about Christ w/ others we are simply following what God is telling us to do. The real decission making is up to the person that we share the good news w/. If they accept to convert, its not OUR doing, we don't convert people but its there's because they MADE the choice. Once that happens, we can't change their heart but ask God to do so, and that also, once again comes by their choice not ours to make. we can only pray. I hope that this helps.
