The draft WAF presented to Representative Kirby, Campbell and Carrell in Washington HB2043 to amend the states existing dangerous dog law:

Breed shall not be a determining factor in declaring a dog potentially dangerous/dangerous and adds potentially dangerous in the definition of provocation, needs to be set for a Senate hearing.

Please e-mail or fax the Senate Judiciary Committee Chair
Senator McCaslin and Vice Chair Senator Esser, ask for the Bill to to be heard. The Bill is now Engrossed Substitute House Bill 2043. ESHB2043
