Didn't see that one coming, RDB. -- Who will you write-in on your ballot?

PS -- to the rest of the world -- the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does have a GREAT feature -- we can cast write-in votes in elections and not risk voiding our ballot!!

________
HMMMMMMMM. On second thot, is RDB's suggestion to support 3rd-party candidates a ploy to syphon voters away from opponents of his favored candidate, thereby tending to ensure his favored main party candidate wins?
__________
The psychology of electioneering is almost as oblique as figuring out strategy and making predictions in cycling.

Hi Julian!!!!

On 16th thought, maybe a secret ballot is the bain of good government. We have open meeting laws to ensure that government does not make nepherious deals. Maybe we need open voting (and perhaps open jury deliberations -- but let's take that to another thread if anyone is interested) in order to foster truth in debate and politics. At least no one would ever be able to deny voting for or agianst a particular candidate.
____________
We now have a debate here (PA) raging -- not over prior military service or youthful indiscretions with drugs -- but over prior registration and voting as a young person. Did he did he not register to vote? Did he or did he not vote if registered? (The issue isn't even how registered or how voted -- but did he even bother to register and vote!)
