Yes it is, because you just shout that number as if you're psychic and now ALL THOSE PEOPLE would've died if it weren't for their handguns. Come on, man.

And the need for so much defense is, in reality, another problem. What you people need is to change your whole culture.

Yes, because obviously, when a man like Tone points a gun at you with the intention to shoot you, no questions asked, the first thing you do is turn around and run away, offering him a clear shot at your back, rather than drawing a weapon to shoot back.

I'm not stupid enough to grab a phone, once again: I'd ask him to leave. You Americans don't try it often, apparently, but it works, reread the story, you'll get the why.

It's not, I know my culture, though I don't know yours, and I know we don't have the NEED for guns to protect ourselves, and that copying your gun laws might result in copying your culture, which would be, no offense, horrible.

Now I'm listening to you, and from what I hear, you simply think it's necessary to carry a gun to live through burglaries alive, well and with nothing stolen. I'm not getting into if that's true or not in the US, but once again, with feeling: it's not here.

He had the lucky chance of having the front-door unlocked, doesn't matter, he'd have jumped out the window if it wasn't, and that would have just meant more damage. It's the damage you really pay for in the end, not the stolen stuff.
