It's called commonsense and a good health regimen (something dearly missing from most peoples lives).

1. Good cardio through exercise. Strength training and Cardio workouts designed to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass. Combined with stretching routines and cross-training. Train at least 1 hour per day or the work-related equivalent.

2. Healthy diet low fat, high calcium, rich in protein(shutup eom)low carbohydrates, high fiber, around 3000 calories a day. Restrict junk food and empty sugar calories.

3. Vitamin supplements, high in mineral content combined with herbal supplements with a proven track record - such as, blue-green algae, glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, etc. Fish oil, B12, antioxidants, and several other supplements that fight free radical cells.

4. At least a 1/2 gallon of water a day minimum, combined with moderate alcohol consumption. Restrict soda/coke drink consumption. Some supplements cause dehydration, workouts cause dehydration, muscle mass requires more body fluid to retain mass - so, if you do all these things consistently, you'll need 1 gallon of water per day.

5. Use it or lose it. This applies to the whole body including the brain. So, if we are talking about the ability to get wood... practice makes perfect (try to release the confusion once a day) and don't forget about psy ops either boys, keep those fantasies and romances kicking.

Good sex is to good health and visa versa.
