Thoughts on the Miss WI pageant this year?

I have been going for over 20 years and here are my thoughts:

Production was mediocre at best! Same dance choreography they have been using for years! The songs were outdated.

Teens did fitness to Fireball! A song about taking a shot!!!???

Horrible feedback/humming from the piano mic during prelims.

The reception…wow! Ran out of food. Only one bar serving. The ladies at the front door weren’t even checking tickets. The table next to our table said “we didn’t even have to pay”!! That’s frustrating to those who did .

No introduction of the contestants and awards at the reception.

Same stage set up and no production value!

Not worth the costs of tickets anymore! Cheaper to just stay home and stream it!

The hotel was “blah”! The bar and restaurant couldn’t keep up!

Overall one of the worst Miss WI years ever! When are these board members going to allow for some change! Get it together! Miss America has changed its time for Miss WI to change!

Oh and after 20 some years Oshkosh is so boring! Consider moving it to the Dells, Madison, La Crosse, somewhere with things to do!

DH--after 20 some years in Oshkosh?? Try 59 years the state pageant has been held in Oshkosh. -- Had not been for the 2021 cancelation, this year was 60th., 14:26:33 06/24/22 Fri
