Brute could sense her fear but he didnt back down until the mare was too her feet, watching her stumble around, several steps were taken backwards for general surely didnt wanna freak hte mare out, he had come over to hopefully help her. The sound of her name left memories to come rushing back at him, the mention of the mare sage, the mare in his fathers herd made him sure it had been the filly that sage had adopted. sage had not been seen lately, but she was said to still be somewhere around.

I remember you... we played tag as foals... I am Snipers son... Ebony is my mother... Sage has not been seen lately... but she is still around somewhere... shed love to see you Im sure... Ill help you back to my fathers home... or you are welcome at mine... it is a bit closer.

painted brute kept his distance though as he remembered who she was the brute only wanted to be that much closer. It was such a small world and they were once again coming together. Weird how things worked out. Such strange events in his life lately. This and not too long ago hollys daughyer coming into the lands, seemed there whole family was once again coming together again. His mother and father would be so happy to see that just like holly the filly had grown up onto a fine mare, even if at this very moment she wasnt in such good shape.
