The arb is a place in Motown near the track. Its a wooded trail area with a few loops, largest about 1 mile. Got flooded a year or so ago and isn't nearly as nice now, but the rail trail makes up for some of that.

The arb is below the track and tennis area a few hundred feet vertically. So arb hills are running repeats on one of the paths out of the arb. Usually on a stretch that is about 300meters that flucates in steepness. Its a soild shaded place to do repeats and a loop can be done to reduce the downhill impact.

All WVU runners are intimate with this hill and a few have experienced the full arb hill which doubles the length and adds a leg breaking, ball busting steeper section near the end. These longer hills suck big time, to the point they feel counter-productive, but actually aren't.

I don't know which ones Pistol did, likely the first.
