Subject: HQ CO 3rd BN 505 information (WWII)

PFC William(Bill)P.Shattuck was assigned to the above from 7/42 - 01/46. He had 4 drops: France, Sicily, Belgium, and Italy. I know he served under a Captain Bob Kirkwood, and at one point he was at Leicestershire, England. I would like any type of information, or links to sites that may be of some use. I don't seem to be finding anything on Kirkwood, as I can on BN Commander Krause, and Major Ben Vandervoort. Thank you to all of you who've served our country.
