There is no easy way to get over depression but giving comfort to others will comfort you. Poor Mooch is lost without Ophelia so I am doubling up on giving him love. I don't think I could take on another boxer but that is because of my health and age or I would get another rescue.
You have the love to give another dog and I am sure since Bean has no job like Tony does, she will need comforting. Take Tony to visit those who need to get visited and that will help both of you.
