It's nice to be worried about.
As you know I had Bunker for most of the month of March - transported him to his second foster home (feeling he was well on his way to health) and took off for Oregon.
We were there for 3 days when we got the message the Big Guy's father had a stroke. We left immediately, trying to make plans to bring his parents to our area (which we have been trying to get them to do for YEARS). On arrival it was apparent it was 'his time'.
We arranged for hospice care ...........and he passed quickly (at 92). Arrangements were made for a funeral and burial.
As often happens in these situations, it soon became very apparent Vern's Mom was much farther into 'not remembering' than we knew. She has dementia and doesn't know who most of us are at any time.
We brought her to our city and made arrangements for her to live a block away in the 'memory care center' of this senior park. We tried as hard as we could to make her comfortable but after a few days had to go back to San Diego (their home) to sell their home and go through and pack-up 68 years of their married life together. That took us a little less than a week and we were able to sell their mobile home and dispose of or pack up their 'treasures'.
We are home now, working on getting Mom settled in more comfortably, making doctor's appointments for her and making sure she is being well taken care of.
Bunker was adopted (through internet networking) by a family in Oregon. He's fat and sassy, playing with the resident girlie, Sasha and sleeping in his new parent's bed (they said they had never let a dog sleep with them before - what is it about Boxers?)

I don't think I have her updated email and it is not like her to be quiet this long, even if she's busy with saving her boxer rescue kids.

Marlene is the heart and soul of this place :( I miss her and am worried that she or the big guy or one of the kids are not well.

If anyone knows anything I don't please share, even if it is a generic version such as Marlene is okay, Marlene is not okay. She is always there for all of us, and I'm just plain worried about her.

So I went to buy my regualr dog food Natural balance and the pet store told me to stop feeding it all together. that even though they claim its safe, that Diamond has been manufacturing there kibble and its tainted with the wheat gluten so I am not buying it ever again. I went with Mericks wet food, which I have been feeding forever and its made at there own plant and its good stuff.... I have switched to Eagle Pack as it looks very good. I went with the chicken formula. any comments either good or bad are most appreciated.

Tigs is declining every day, I have a feeling in the next few days she will pass. her collapsing episdoes were so severe today that she was unable to get up for 2.5 hours and was shaking and her body was spasiming for hours. I am home alone and of coarse can't reach Rob. I laid with her in the garage where its cool on a nice bed for an hour until she could get up and walk. now she is fine. this is killin me. I am beyound sad and feel so badly for my old gal. we added in a new heart med and its sure not doing a thing so what a wasit that was... her pain is also very bad as when she collapses she falls on her sides or back... I am thinking we may have to send her to the bridge very soon if nature does not take its course. I am just a mess and don't really no what to do at this point... when she has good days she plays, eats, and is her normal self, than at any moment things change and she is down on the ground and unable to get up...... my heart is broken/. pls keep praying for a miracle. I tried to take her to the pet store today, and that was stupid of me. she fell right on the floor the minute she walked in and I had to lay her down on the rug for a half hour. than the owner carried her to the car for me and than she could not get up the stairs, leading to the house so we stayed in the garage. I didn't think a short pet store trip would be a lot on her but apparently it is so she can't leave the house at all anymore. its to much on her. I feel so stupid for taking her but she loves going and the AC is on and its very quit on sundays and thought we could putter slowly about but it wasn't meant to be. god help me get through this.

....owned by Butler, a brindle boy wild child, born on the 4th of July. I've never had to deal with this, but I'm sure the links Jacke listed will be helpful. I do agree with her on the obedience training, especially for this.

I rescued Dude from a shelter back in January. He was a little over a year old and very sweet natured. I have been around Boxers but Dude is the first one I have come to adopt. I live in an apartment but walk him several times a day although I work and he is crated for about 8 hours. Dude is a BIG boy now and I am having trouble controlling him on walks, in the apartment, etc. He likes to jump (and he's very good at it) but tends to lose focus then starts biting me (hard) when we are walking although I think he believes it is playful. I am afraid he will "play" with other residents and I do not want anyone hurt and don't want any residents complaining. Does anyone have some tips on how to correct him? I have rescued and worked with dogs all my life but he is extremely strong and I am not so strong. I work him constantly on obedience training which he will obey but I want to stop the bad behavior before it becomes a habit. Any advice from the Boxer lovers out there?

Well the episodes are getting worse and worse. she had a huge one this morning and fell to the ground and was so weak and her gums were white. within 15 minute,s back to normal. I can't take this you guys. I feel as if I am loosing her. I am bringing her to the vet at 1.30 today and I pray she is not in heart failure, we are going to have to do another EKG to see what's going on. obviosuly the Sotalol has stopped working, please give me all the prayers you can muster and I will post later today.... I love this ol gal so much and she is such a wonderful baby.. my heart is breaking once again.

My boy is 6 today. What a change from the skinny, scared thing he was when he came to live here. It took 3 months until he untucked his tail and now it never stops going. He loves everyone and is not at all fearful. It is so amazing the way they are willing to forgive and trust after being mistreated. He is quite the character and is so loved by so many people. He brings such joy to so many as a therapy dog.

I couldn't see the video, either. Dial-up is no fun. I'm very envious of her writing accomplishments. Writing has always been one of my passions, but other than having a few poems published, I've never attemtpted a novel. Wow!!!! Good for her.

Scroll down until you see sparta winner and click play on the video. This was Heidi's first time in front of a camera. Her flight was delayed ,and she had fifteen minutes to get to the venue after throwing her stuff in a hotel room. Hence...not a great hair day *LOL*, sleep deprived, but LOVING it.

Same daughter has just sent her novel to a publishing house, they reviewed the first three chapters and asked for all of it.

Hey all just needing some good vibes regarding Ms. Tigs. she is not doing well at all. she has been having weakness epsidodes every day for the pats 3 days in a row where she shakes, and is so weak she can't stand up and has been falling over.. its scaring me sooo badly and I know she is on borrowed time, she has been having them about every 3-4 weeks but lately its been daily. this morning she had one so bad I thought this was it but she pulled through and after an hour or so she was acting fine, ate breakfast and wanted to play with tony, which I am not allowing anymore, last week they were playing and she fell to the ground and was not able to even stand up because he hurt her back and her heart was just to weak to hold her up. Its so awful to see my precious little angel in this state. There is nothing the vet can do and when I speak to him he say's bring her in and lets do another EKG well this freaks her out so badly and causes SO much stress that I would rather not do it and just keep her at home for as long as we can.. if something bad happens I will take her in but for now she seems fine. it comes and goes.. I am keeping her on her meds and as quite as I can for now. but prayers and good vibes are sooo appreciated. tiggy wiggy is such a love and is just an angel and is my constant companion and best girl, my first boxer and my one and only.. and always will be.......

I'm a bit worried about Bunker's neuter on Tuesday. I've only cared for puppies after a spay/neuter. Bunker is probably about 12 months (give or take a couple months)and is a studly boy.
Is there anything I should have ready or look for in caring for his neuter?
The pups I've dealt with crashed for the first night and then laughed in my face when I told them they needed to 'be quiet' for 10-14 days.

Greta will be eleven in July. The last two days in a row she's gone from infrequent petit mal seizures into full blown grand mal seizures. I thought yesterday was bad, but I thought I'd lost her this morning. Way back when she was three she was diagnosed with "idiopathic epilepsy due to a benign brain tumor." I was told that the tumor would continue to grow but it would grow slowly and affect the part of her brain that it was in. The seizures happen after I've taken her outside to do her business and she's all excited and bouncy. She falls to the floor, but doesn't jerk. Her bladder releases what little is in it, her eyes bug, her heart beats erratically, she pants but doesn't drool, and her body basically becomes paralyzed - stiff as a board. Today when her body stiffened her heart stopped beating and she stopped breathing for what felt like two minutes but was probably less than one. I thought she was gone. When she started breathing again there was no disorientation, but she's been glued to me ever since. I've looked for signs of oxygen deprivation and see none, which tells me it was probably less than two minutes that she wasn't breathing. She's on meds for the seizures, but they don't seem to be working anymore which I understand often happens. Today I'm just loving on my old bat (that's her nice name, she loves it) and am thankful that I have her with me for one more day. Her seizure triggers have always been smells, flashing lights, change, loud noises, excitement, etc. If I have to take certain things away from her like not allowing her to get excited and jump and play it's not going to be fair to her. When this becomes too hard for her and she can't enjoy the simple things in life like romping with her silly chicken I'll make the decision ... but that's not today. Two handfuls of years is NOT enough, but I've enjoyed every day of them and will treasure those days that are left. Hugs to all your furkids.

I just have a couple of concerns I was wondering if anyone could help me out. #1 My 4.5 month old boxer has demorex and has be prescribed ivomecto help treat it. I was told this is caused by a weak immune system. Has anyone else had this problem, and what was the results? Also he's only 30lbs, is this way to small for a boxer of that age? Thank you.

Hi Gary, I have been thinking about Zack a lot and was wondering how he is doing? I pray he is better and abel to stand on his own now, please let me know? It really bites as our kids get older, its so awful to see them limping, and being in pain and aging. I am reight there with you Gary and my sweet Tigs is really having a hard time with her ticker. Yesterday she had a really bad episode and I was sure that we were going to loose her but she perked back up. she was playing with tony and just collapsed to the ground and was to weak to move. her body was jerking and you could see the vein in her leg protruding, her heart is getting very weak according to the vet. he said her pulse is really low. I count every day with her as a blessing and a party. she is so wonderful and I dread when her time comes.

I wish you and Zack the very best and would love to hear how is doing when you have a moment.

every time I see Lulu I want to pinch her cheecks. she has the CUTEST mugg ever. I love boxers with short noses like that and those big ol eyes are just to sweet. I LOVED the pics of her and bones, that is what I used to call him but NOW he is all filled out. what you been feeding that boy? my lord, he has gained a ton of weight. he looks adorable... and Lulu seems to dig him big time!

Two weeks ago yesterday Doug lost his Mom. He had taken care of her for the past twelve years or so. Last spring she had got to the point that he couldn't work and take care of her and she went into a nursing home where her needs could be met. She passed with family close by, the way it should be. Hard though always losing a parent, like losing the anchor to the ship suddenly.

Molly has been having eye problems that have not resolved, and we had to take her to an eye specialist. She has a degenerative "boxer" disease of the eye. She is currently on about six medications for the eye. She developed a doozy of a corneal ulcer, we are on week 4 battling it. She has a lamp shade on her head. Molly is not graceful on even her best day and the lamp shade in this small place (plus my clutter) is like the proverbial bull in a china shop.

To make things just further better....Doug is broke down on the rode as I write with a load of hay. We purchased this low mileage truck in the fall and this will be the fourth repair. I'd bet my bottom dollar that truck odometer had been altered or had rolled over (insert mad face here).

Such is life...take a deep breath, take a deeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath. Did I say take a deep breath? *LOL*

I just want to spread the word and express gratitude to the Diamond Petfood Company - "Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul".
My rescue, NorCal Boxer Rescue will be participating in a Pet Faire this Saturday. I decided to offer up homemade dogfood that I make for my own kids. In our own minds we are "world famous" and "gourmet" (Mack and Lulu said so!)
I sent out 5-6 emails to premium petfood companies asking for sample bags to hand out. My 'scheme' was to give away free samples to draw people to our booth. Most didn't reply, some said "hope you do well but we receive so many of this type request - we cannot be involved". Diamond Foods 'Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers Soul' sent me a very positive response, has kept in contact with me over the past month and set up a 'meet and hand off of samples' for today.
I was so grateful for their participation, I followed the Regional Sales Manager's phone calls and emails for the drop off. I let him know if he couldn't reach me, he could drop off at the gate where we live - also gave him my daughter's address and phone number. He was expected at 3 PM.
I was dealing with computer stuff but made sure I was not online (dial up) by 2 PM.
Sure enough I was online before 2:00 ......got off to check my phone messages and had one from Lloyd the sales manager of Chicken Soup. He sounded upset, told me he was at my daughter's place (kisses for my son-in-law who works at home) and unloading my samples.
Lloyd who is based 3 hours away from me had gotten a message from home - his Mother-in Law who is in hospice care at his home was dying........
He came the rest of the way over to my area and dropped off 24 cases of "Chicken Soup" samples (30 per box = 720 samples) at my daughter and son-in-law's house.
Chicken Soup Rocks and has not been involved in the latest petfood fiasco.
I think I need a dolly when I unload these samples at the Pet Faire on Saturday!
Lloyd from Diamond Foods is the kind of employee all companies need!

I think I mailed these to most folks......but just in case I'll put some pictures in a reply taken a week after the last batch (posted below). He is still very thin but looks SO much better, has puppy energy...'throw the ball, throw the ball, throw the ball' (he's a ball fanatic). I'm having a hard time getting anything done because I'm constantly retreiving a ball from under something!
Yesterday I started him on higher calorie food and he's had no tummy troubles.

Bunker (re-named 'Bones') by my grandaughter Erica - is doing very well. He get's stronger by the hour though he still looks like a Boxer skeleton that's been sprayed with a can of spray-on-fur.
Erica came to spend time yesterday, loved on him, fed him and brought him a blue squeaky ball.
I'll put some more photos in the reply.
(As you look at these pics - keep in mind, he's about Mack's size and weighed 20 lbs when he got here - Mack at his 26" tall 'svelte self' weighs about 72lbs.)

Molly went to the vet week before last as the glands in her throat/jaw area had ballooned up, and she was gagging and coughing. Of course this always conjures up images of Paddy in my mind, so I dreaded the trip into the vet. He aspirated the swellings and sent them off to the lab, but the tests were inconclusive. The back of her tongue was also swollen (glossitis) so he put her on a course of strong anti-biotics for two weeks. It took about ten days and she turned the corner. During this time we were hit with an ice storm and lost power for about 3 1/2 days with temperatures at zero. Luckily we had purchased a kerosene heater that same week or we'd have been POP SICKLES! So Molly, Spoody, and I spent our time huddled up together under every blanket we could find. Time runs slow when you have no radio, tv, computer, or lights. Out of desperation I started reading by flashlight. We survived, but I wouldn't want to do it again. Back to Molly...now she has something going on with her eyes. Very red and inflammed. I started her on Tobramycin for four days but it didn't improve so took her to the vet again today. He switched her to a steroid salve and said if her eyes look at all cloudy to stop immediately and bring her back. Molly has got terribly heavy weighing in at 88lbs. She's also arthritic in her hips and now and then can't make it up the two steps to the porch. My Miss Molly is getting old.

This sweet boy has been given the name of 'Bunker'
He was pulled from a shelter by Nor Cal Boxer Rescue and taken to a vet.
He had surgery today........here is the report on his status:
"Just spoke with the vet. She is absolutely amazed Bunker is still alive. He did make it through surgery but will have a tough next few days. She pulled a 7-8 pound "something" out of his stomach. Her best guess is that its a calcified piece of cloth that has most likely been there for at least 2 weeks - that alone speaks volumes about this boys willingness to fight and LIVE!
The surgery was very difficult and lengthy. The incision made was very large, but because the mass was as hard as a brick it was very diffiscult to remove. Bunker weighed in at 27 pounds prior to surgery, he is now 20 pounds. Keep the prayers coming :

Kristi's doctor is inducing her labor Friday morning at 6am. Cameron will be here soon. If not for the fact that Titus was close to 10lbs, Kristi would just wait on nature, per se. But the doctor's don't want any surprises. Her due date was yesterday. If you don't mind, say a prayer for my girl that things will go smoothly.

On another note - I've been doing good with my diet. Thoughts of losing body parts, kidney functions, vision, etc., are big motivators. I've lost 17lbs and 2 dress sizes since Jan. 11. Still have 23lbs to go per my doctor, but my goal is 33lbs. That will give me some room to play with. It hasn't been as hard as I expected, but it's very expensive. Eating right, and buying supplies costs a small fortune. I don't know how people on fixed incomes can take care of themselves properly. It's very sad. If it's sugar free, or diabetc friendly, it's at least 35%-50% higher in price. Except for diet drinks. Which makes me wonder why diet drinks are the same price as regular drinks, but other diet foods are outrageous.

About school - I'm mid-way through my first semester. I have an exam on Wednesday. First one in 30 years. I have a 94 average so far. I would like to have a better one, but I can live with that.

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to express my thanks for being here for me, when I couldn't. It's been a tough year all around for me and the kids. While Mom was at my home, Dennis took Potter and Miss Cleo up to the Oregon House so I could put Mom in my room. I kept my goofy boy with me, cuz he needs his Dad and I needed to keep one of them with me for some sense of normality. So glad I did. He even got to sleep on my bed for that week and a half.:-)

The day that Mom left us, Radar was acting very odd...walking around her hospital bed, anxious, sitting in to the side of the bed, turning his head, this way and that, watching her. After about an hour later he was back to normal. I believe it now when they say our canine friends have an extra sense about this type of event. The Hospice nurse and the 24hr caregive I had staying with us, confirmed that it is very common.

I was with her when she passed over and it was all very peaceful ... an easy transition for her ... and easy for me.

They say that no matter what the relationship with our parents, we will miss them when they are gone and I will. My sister and I had coffee the otehr day together and shared how odd to feel orphaned in our late fifties. And as another who wrote me, it's a definitely a new life experience when we lose 'the bookends of our life'. How true.

I'm gradually getting use to the void. The family has been losing her over a long period, so it's not so much the grief as just trying to fill that space left each day and night. It seems like I've been running around making sure her care was the best, keeping the phone by my bedside each nite waiting for those emergency calls that would always come ... for so long. It will take a while to get back to what life was like before. Only I'm older than I was when this started....like 25 yrs older since having to take on the responsiblilty for her after my Dad passed on.

Just doing not much of anything, except trying to get my puter tuned up ... and veg'n. The boys are doing great. Cleo as a 'boxer corneal ulcer' right now, but she's doing ok with the current therapy so far.

Gary, I'm so sorry to hear of Zack's problems. Please provide an update if you can.

Just dropping in to ask for some positive vibes sent the Chicago direction. Colleen's friend - one of her first and best friends (okay, *boyfriend* until they decided they were too young) just had a heart transplant on Sunday/Monday. His name is Zach and he came through the surgery with flying colors. He's not doing quite as well now. A problem with pulmonary hypertension (originally thought to be rejection) and now a touch of the flu - probably from the donor. He's a strong kid with a very strong mother and they've been through so much in his 14 years. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Zach *loves* anything and everything to do with animals. That's one of the things that brought him and Colleen together as friends. He's a good kid. If anyone is interested in looking at his caring bridge page or posting a message in his guestbook, please email me for the info. I can't give it out online. Thanks!

"Mel went to the hospital this morning because he felt some burning in his chest. am sitting her shaking like a leaf. Cannot take any more.

I found a great toy for Lulu the other day.
She loves anything that makes noise but they don't last long. She also loves to play tug a war with Mack but they destroy things in a big hurry.
I tried the wiggley giggley, which she loves but when it stops giggling (at the end of the roll) she stands and barks at it. "Do something!"
This Boingo Ball is protected on the outside by a hard rubber grid, has rattles inside the center plastic ball. She loves playing fetch with it in the house. It doesn't roll as fast and as far away as other types of balls and the rattles keep moving (after it's stopped) long enough for her to find it.
She loves it!

I had some bloodwork/tests done on Jan. 11. On Tuesday, I got the results. I have Type2 diabetes. Needless to say, I am very bummed right now. This is not at all what I expected to hear. I'm really having a hard time dealing with the news. My doctor has advised losing 40lbs; 5-10 in four weeks. Unfortunately, we started talking about another issue I have - low iron, and I didn't ask for a diet. I have no idea what I can/cannot eat except no white rice, white bread, potatoes, etc. He did tell me to get a copy of the book on the South Beach diet.

I am almost in tantrum mode. If Butler wouldn't scratch the door until he scratched through, I'd go into my bedroom, lock the door, get in bed and not come out of the room. My paternal grandfather was a diabetic, and I know first hand what this is. I don't look forward to having to change my lifestyle - I like it fine the way it was.

Anyone here have any advice for me?

Lulu went to the vet a few days ago with me feeling all smug and confident.........as many problems as she has being blind and having hip dysplaysia as well as front leg deformities and significant arthritis - she is healthy and happy with nothing for Dr. Mike to check into.
I thought.
He spent a lot of time listening to her heart and tells me he's hearing a significant heart murmer....
She will go in tomorrow for chest x-rays and we'll see what they find. Next step would be to visit a cardiologist.
I am not going to get myself in a tizzy over this (I'm not, I'm not, I'm not) as she has no symptoms.
I'll let you know how it goes but Lulu could use some positive thoughts - she has enough problems.

Meet Tilly Mint, she came as a foster pup 5 weeks ago but crept into my heart and I can't let her go. She has done her 7 days in a pound before coming to me.

Tilly Mint is a Border Terrier/Whippet and a little darling, hasn't put a paw wrong since she came. She is also keeping Bonnie ocupied because they both play.

In mid-November my sweet Lucy Annabel started having trouble breathing. You could see her sides just heaving. Almost immediately she had begun coughing up blood. I had an appointment for her to see the vet on a Wednesday. My husband thought she had pneumonia but after seven years of fostering Boxers for rescue, I knew better. I knew there was a mass in there. She was eating like a champ and didn't have a runny nose or anything. And no temperature. The vet took the xray and sadly, my suspicions were correct. There was a huge mass next to her heart and tons more all over her lungs. My sweet girl was full of cancer. I wanted to wait until my husband could be there, so we escorted her to the bridge the next day. A few years ago Jacke painted a portrait of Lucy for me and it brings me great comfort every time I look at it. I miss her desperately.

I did not expect to fall in love again but knew I'd want another dog eventually. Because a lot of people dump their dogs before Christmas, there was no shortage of dogs coming in over the past few weeks. In December I met a sweet boy named Reed who was being fostered by another volunteer. I thought he might be the boy for me so I transferred him to my home. I fostered him first to make sure he would do well with my daughter. I renamed him Gideon and adopted him on New Year's Day. He was left in a crate by the side of the road near an animal shelter. He weighed just 40 lbs. One foreleg had been broken (and never treated) and several teeth were broken right at the gumline. We can't repair the leg (it had already healed crookedly) but we had four teeth pulled (which probably ended a lot of pain for the poor guy). So, he won't be an Agility dog like my Lucy but I'm hoping to have him certified as a therapy dog.

I'll post some final photos of Lucy in my next post along with some photos of my new furry son!

Some of you know that Tim's Mother has been terminally ill for a few months.
I received an email from him this morning and he wanted to share with his friends here, this is part of his email:

**"I believe Mom only has a few days ... maybe a week. She has fallen 3 times in the last 2 weeks and the dementia has increased considerably just in the last few days. She is so week and has lost so much weight that she is showing little interest in eating or drinking. Hospice is doing what is necessary to keep her comfortable. No iv's for fluids no medication except sedatives & pain relievers. Fortuately she's never had any pain from the cancer , no difficulty breathing ... in fact she appears to not be having any pain from the injuries she's sustained from the falls ..which is odd. Fortunately she didn't break anything which is absolutely amazing. My sister and I were in the ER on NY eve as well as night before last.

Unless she is sedated she becomes very agitated...and even with little strength, she tries to pull her herself over the bedrails to get out :-/

Obviously she needs to have someone by her bedside 24/7 now .... the staff at Escaton, can only check her every hour. Rather than move her to skilled nursing for her last days, I opted to just keep her in the room where she's been for the last 4 years and have a person skilled in this type care stay there with here....sitting, sleeping and helping her when the staff can't. It's very expensive .. but we and my brother can split the cost for what time she has left. That way we can come and just visit and sit with her. When the time nears, I'll just stay in the room with her as she feels safer with me around."**

Hoping you remember Lilly.........the sweet senior NCBR girlie "discarded by her breeder" and the person whom she was passed on to. She was turned into a shelter, breeder would not reclaim her and she was pulled by NorCal Boxer Rescue where she went on to a new forever home in Oregon.
Lilly's Mom, Donna is retired and does beautiful bead work. I've seen some of it and it's hard to describe - it's like a combination of fine art, jewelery and iridescent beaded tapestry.
She has decided to try and boost her retirement income by making some of these to sell.

These are tiny......The white boy is their goofy guy, Zito and that is about 3 in X 3 in.
The one below that is is their beautiful male Goalie who was an NCBR dog and recently made his way to the bridge.
The narrow one is a bracelet made in a different way - on a loom. That's Darlin' Lilly.
When Donna sent me the pictures of this work, the email was titled "bad photos" and they are. You have to take my word for it that these are exquisite, much, much more beautiful than shows in the photo. It just doesn't show up in digital photography.

She said I could include this information:
"Typically the amulet bags sell for about $125. most
anywhere and that would not be a custom design. The
bag would be ideal for a memory piece, I can include a
small vial for ashes if requested and it would have an
over the head strap done in the same beads. Goalie's
at prox. 2x2 has something like 1800 beads and if I
finish it as an amulet bag, it will have probably
about 4,000 beads in it.

The picture in the frame $75. in that size (about 2" x
2-1/2" depending on the original picture's size and
shape). Depending on the frame, etc. The picture of
Zito is prox. 3x3 and has just under 2500 beads in it.

The bracelet style shown is $45.00 and is less
expensive because it is done on a loom, not hand
stitched. It has over 2300 beads and 70 feet of nylon
thread. It is prox. 8" long and made to slip on and
off, no clasp. Lots of options on that one, can have a
clasp, etc., size would be to the person's request.

Any that I do WILL BE CUSTOM made to the person's
picture. The better the picture the better the
outcome. Lots of people do not have really good
pictures of their dogs and it takes me longer if I
have to work it over in Photoshop to get a good pic of
the dog."

So the bean has 3 new tumors, and 4 that have been with her for years and are pretty large now, 2 have been removed and are now growing back, aint that weird???. I should take pics of them as you all would go " OH MY GOD" the 4 old ones are all B-9 but the 3 new ones I am having checked out this Friday. Does anyone know of anything one can give there dog to stop these tumors from forming? she is like a tumor factory and I worry about her. she is pretty young 4 years old so I no these are not the end of the tumors for my little girl.
