I have never heard of that one, and we didn't have any problems at all with swelling. tony was sore and sleepy for one day, and the next day he was back to NORMAL being a puppy. same thing with my beloved Cather... no problems at all. you could also send an e mail out to the " rescue" group as I am sure most of the foster homes have dealt with this on a weekly basis..... that would be your best bet for advice..

good luck, I hope all goes perfectly and that he finds that special home very soon.... you saved his life! you must feel so god about yourself. I have never heard of a dog putting on 17lbs in such a short period of time, amazing job you did.
