I've done a lot of Atlantis research myself, and I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about the major theories and what we know are facts, and what we don't know for sure. I'm always studying more, of course. I might want to write an Atlantis story someday, but I'll make sure to do it RIGHT when I do. I'm very passionate about this subject.
