Well, as someone who entered fanfiction via anime fandoms, I'd have to remind everyone of the legendary Oscar. I believe MSTed versions of his works (including Artemis' Lover) can be found at Megane 6.7's website. Occasionally when I feel particularly masochistic I read through them. And then I spend a few hours bashing my head against the wall and staring at text-formatted line noise in order to regain my sanity. Ahem.

In any case, I'd submit Oscar's "works" as some of the lowest of the low, when it comes to fanfiction.
