Subject: Question for any legal experts that may be here:

Okay, we all want the freedom to discuss adult material on the GAFF boards, whatever form it takes. But as many of the posters are minors, I have a question regarding the combination of adult material and minor posters.

Could the GAFF Team or the Site Guru to get into any kind of legal trouble for giving those minors access to adult material? Is there anything in US law which would make it legally advisable to have an "adults only" section of the site?

And I ask because I really don't know. It's not my field - my legal education comes from watching courtroom TV shows.
