To Staunchly Lap

Snape and Legolas were celebrating a lustrous Valentine's Day together. Snape had cooked a snarky dinner and they ate up a tree by candlelight.

"My darling," Legolas said, stroking Snape's right nostril, "I have something for you." He gave a box to Snape. "It is but a fantastic token of my HAWTTTT!!!!11! love."

Snape opened the box. Inside was a fleshy cauldron! He gazed at it mournfully. Then he gazed at Legolas mournfully. "It's dark," Snape said. "Come here and let me lap you."

Just then, a shimmering crone sprang out of hiding and cackled like the flawless complexion, glorious figure, and incomparable talents of a Mary Sue. "Your happiness will not last!" she said in a brooding voice and dropped a piece of paper onto the dinner table.

Legolas read it. "It's a page from a diary. It says...it says that you're my brother."

They stared at each other quickly as the crone cackled some more. Snape's hair began to tremble. Then Legolas shrugged, pulled out a bow, and hit the crone on her middle finger. She fell over dead.

"Problem solved!" Snape said and kissed Legolas rapidly. "This is a stiff Valentine's Day!"

They meekly burned the diary page in the candle and never told another soul.

And then they lapped each other all night long.
