The stories might have violated a rule other than the no NC-17 one. However, if they were NC-17, it doesn't matter if the author included a disclaimer or warning. It still isn't allowed. I can't judge the rating since I haven't read the stories, of course.

There might be more graphic stories, but if hers were less graphic than some but still crossed the NC-17 line, it doesn't matter.
