Then there is NO place on Earth for us. ALL services have that clause, in case they have to add something to deal with people abusing their service in a way not previously thought of before. At one time, certain services did not, but found out the hard way that having to keep a spammer on board because the original TOS allowed spamming and was not subject to change was very, very bad for business.
