Erm, the only "NC-17" definition I know of is the film one, and it is a blanket definition covering EVERYTHING "nastier" than "R". It replaced the old X rating which was the only film rating beyond "R"; anything else, "XXX", etc, was self-rated for marketing purposes by porn film marketers. "XXX" was not a regulatory rating, it was an advertising come-on, and doesn't mean much as a definition of story content.

Which is to say, there is nothing "beyond NC-17", since NC-17 covers it all.
