Yes, if we have a home (i.e., site of our own), we wouldn't need to rely on a 3rd-party board, since we could host the board ourselves.

Space isn't so much of a problem with boards due to archiving, but traffic is very high (i.e., 15GB per month at least, according to Heywood).

If we don't get a home, since we don't have one at the moment, we will need to rely on existing board services.
