I can name off at least one message board that has full out swearing, naughty pictures along with true trauma pics that's not rated Adult's Only with password protection, and most of the other message boards I'm on have that curse word fuzz out option.

On the scale of things, deletion for using 'bad words' or links with warnings is really minor compared to how much worse a violation could be.
