In order to be legally compliant, material unsuitable for non-adults must have appropriate disclaimers at the very least. Best disclaimers for GAFF would merely be statements stating "over-the-age-of-consent-requirement" for certain sections, and "not-responsible" for the entire site. Furthermore, also helps if GAFF doesn't post pics but, instead, links to pics, along with "not-responsible" disclaimers for anything found outside GAFF.
