Hi.

I suggest you call the Teen Health Info number in your area. They'll give you local information.

I think, though, your first place to go would be your parents. I don't know your situation and you do.

Do you think going to one parent or another and saying, "I have somethting to tell you that I'm nervous about?" or something like that would be OK?

If your Dad is a nurse, could you begin the conversation by saying, "Someone in my school is afraid of needles. Do you know anything about that?"
