Absolutely true, in the zone controlled by Saddam. In the Northern zone, where the Food For Oil is controlled by the UN, infant mortality is actually lower than rates before the Gulf War. Get the complete facts before you start throwing stones. It's quite obvious to any well informed observer that Saddam uses the Food For Oil program to further his own ends. He then uses the fallout from this as propaganda to show how poor little Iraq is being picked on. I'm sure he counts himself lucky that so many people fail to look at the complete picture (such as yourself).
