Subject: sunburns and great job

connie, you said at the track tonight that vanilla helped like wonders for sunburn. I was curious if it was the actual vanilla extract or if the vanilla flavor would work too. And do you just use like a cotton ball and pat it on like you would any liquid medicine? Or do you need to mix it with something. I figured I would ask here since I am positive I am not the only one that got severly burnt this weekend. Hope it helps others out too. Also.. Great job to all of the track workers. You guys did great this weekend considering how hot it was and hot miserable you all must have been.
