Subject: Track Points Vs. Region 1 Points

Some people have contacted me and want to know why there is a difference between Track points and Region points. Here is the explanation:

Track Points are determined by the total of ALL Miami County Speedway races (no drops).

At the Region 1 meeting in March, the members voted to determine the region points by adding a driver's best 13 (out of 15) weekly races and the driver's best 2 (out of 3) championship races.
