Racer’s Swap Meet


Date: November 25th, 2005 (The Friday after Thanksgiving, let the girls go shopping, while you go shopping too!)

Cost: $0.00—No charge for admission, no charge for set up/display—ENTIRELY FREE!

Where: Erwin Motorsports, 7117 US 6, Butler, IN 46721 260-868-0123

Time: Set up begins at 7:00, we’ll close up when everyone’s done! (Last year was around 3:30)

What: All Micro Sprint Cars, Rollers and Parts must go! We will not be carrying our inventory through winter this year and are prepared to sell all at extreme discounts (even losses in some cases). You are also invited to bring anything you have for sale or trade.

The shop will be open as it was last year. Concessions will be available—no menu set yet! Weather dependant, we may even have a few cars out on the test track behind the shop. Any questions, please feel free to give us a call.

Directions: We are on the north side of US 6 between Butler IN and Edgerton, OH.

INTERSTATE TRAILER SALE: All trailers (in stock and ordered units) will be on sale at $500.00 over dealer cost. This one day only! If you are in the market for a trailer, come prepared with 20% down and the remainder due on delivery.

OTHER NOTES
Be sure to dress warmly. The shop will be open, but it can still be chilly, especially in the morning.
Bring your heaters if you intend to set up with items for sale. At this time it does not look like we will be able to have tents up to provide “indoor” space. As we did last year, shop area will be open, but if you are in here, then who’s with your stuff?

We look forward to seeing everyone one last time before winter is upon us, and the day after Thanksgiving seemed to work well for most!
