Subject: Outlaw Race

Since this is an outlaw race, are the NMMA wing specs still going to be required? I asked Richard the night he announced the event and he said he didn't care what wing we ran as long as it stayed within the tires. I just want to double check so I know what wing to bring. Any help would be appreciated.
