Subject: Claim rule

>Racers of the NMMA I currently serve a chairman of region 2 which I thought was a position on the board of this organization. However the events of recent days I wonder. I want the membership to know I was excluded from all debate and information on this recent suspension of the claim rule. I was informed on Friday by President Mc Graff that the claim rule had been suspended this was the first time I was officially contacted about the issue. When I ask him why his response was “because I got 7 board member to call me” he refused is answer any questions regarding why the rule was a problem or how many motors had been claimed. I believe that all board members who have a vote should have had input on such an important issue and I official protest the way this was handled it was not fair to the membership in region 2 and their voice was not herd. As the ONLY active driver and car owner on the NMMA board I call upon other drivers to get involved so that the NMMA is run by drivers not a group of people who don’t even own cars and think they know what is best for us the drivers and membership. Thank each every member in Region 2 for your calls and support
