I remeber we were at Fally and the regiment was on exercise. The regt rugby team had got to some semi final of the BAOR rugby cup so the regt was shipped back to support the team. It was also my birthday. First job was to get to the naafi and grab 3 bottles of brandy. They got us all back to the guns after the game and we had to move back to the gun positions froma hide. I think Bob Harris was driving at the time and Billy Hamilton was number one. The 3 bottles got supped whilst on the move with Bobby driving with one hand and supping neat brandy with the other. !! Now THATS what I call drink driving !!
