>Hello, My name is Toni, I've been writing songs since I was five years old. Understandably the the songs I wrote around then were of the "BA BA Black sheep" genre. However, by nine I had developed an interest in my own journey thru music. My father was a complete bastard towards his methods of 'GETTING HIS KIDS AHEAD', I know now as as an adult, his intentions were for my well being. But, a thirty-odd year old bloke, putting his fist thru a nine year old boys head did not have (as he would,ve liked to believe, I,m sure)the
desired effect-i.e. to get an education.
Together with vocal accompaniments such as "You're
thick", He completely shattered my faith in my own intelligence. My Mum however, was, and still is an Angel, and an escape for me was my Mums
guitar in the corner of the living room, which I picked up and plonked about with, and used as an escape from the nasty, or should I say nazi bastard who was my dad.

Progressing from that, 19 years later, I built up a catalouge of over 4000 songs, and yes, not wanting to be one to blow his own trumpet. The beatings I got as a kid completely knackered my faith in my own intelligence. The only thing that kept me going was my songwriting ability. And that is my strength, and has been my sole focus for most of my life. And yes... I am bloody good. I'm comepletely crap at everything in life- except writing songs.

In 1999, a bastard landlord came into my flat and illegally removed and destroyed everything I owned, including my catalouge. It nearly destroyed me. I spent six months in the Priory.

However, now life goes on, I've managed to recollect over 100 songs of the original catalogue.

Can anyone out there advise me on getting a publishishing deal or be of any help. It would be appreciated immenslely.

Cheers

T.C.
