Ravin groaned then sat up and rubbed his eyes while trying to remember where the hell he was. Slowly, the events of the previous day came to his mind, reminding him that he was now in Neromba.

He ran both hands through his thick mane of hair as he looked around. At first he was a little surprised to find himself in a bathing room, but then he recalled falling into the water to cool down his liquor-induced fever. Well, at least his clothes got some of the dust rinsed off them, and the worst of his hangover had passed. Judging by how dry his garments were now, he must have been passed out on the floor for over an hour!

When an ungodly thirst assaulted him, he crawled to the liquor cart and downed more juice from the jug he found earlier. "I'll be right back," he called, waving a hand at Rowan and Sarra before getting to his feet. Carefully, he made his way to the privy just outside the bathing rooms. His bladder felt a lot better once it was relieved of the pressure that had made it feel like it was about to burst at any second.

After washing his hands and face in the washbasin provided, he returned to the bathing hall, with the desire for more juice. Jeremy flew past him as he stepped inside the room. He grinned as he watched the crazy youth pull off his clothes before diving into the water, drenching Rowan and Sarra with a big splash. Ravin laughed when the boy came up for air then fastened his eyes on Sarra. Obviously, in his earlier rush to get into the pool, he failed to notice that she was naked. Well, he definitely knows it now! the thief mused, while moving off to retrieve the jug.

Of course Ravin's own body was having a reaction to Sarra's loveliness, but he had a bit more control than young Jeremy. The kid had to learn that staring at a beautiful, naked woman would only make matters worse! Imagining the erotic thoughts that were probably going through Jeremy's mind right now made him laugh again.

With the jug of juice in hand, Ravin took a seat on one of the benches and let his thoughts turn to the day's agenda. "Does anyone know when we're going off to search for those branches Erlic told me about?" he asked the threesome in the pool. Forcing his eyes to stay above Sarra's neck certainly made things easier! "And, how are we traveling; on foot or by horse?"

Secretly, he hoped they would be walking since he didn't have much experience with riding a horse.
