After a while Sheikh Daraba grew tired of examining the various sculptures in the room. "We are wasting time here when we should be seeking the throne!" He ended his words by grunting like an ogre then beckoned Ardesmar and Waleed to follow him.

Although Ravin enjoyed Isobel's closeness at the moment, he pulled away from her embrace when he saw the Jann hurry back into the main tunnel. "We better follow them in case they get into trouble and need some assistance." He palmed throwing knives in each of his hands as he led Isobel and Val from the room. Ravin didn't really want to disturb Jade and Erlic since they seemed be discussing something very important. "We're going to continue down the main passageway," he said as they passed the couple. "Join us when you can."

The thief hurried forward calling out for the Jann to stop so that he could take the lead and watch out for traps as they moved along. Once the giant men let him pass, he eyed the area before them, making his way carefully down the tunnel. A short time later they entered another large room filled with crates, boxes, and barrels of different shapes and sizes. A closed wooden door could be seen at the north wall.

Ravin squatted down to examine something in the dirt while the Jann hurried about cracking open the containers. "This appears to be a supply room," Ardesmar said, a moment later. "We have found magically preserved food, barrels of fresh water, oil, and a number of torches."

The thief made his way to Isobel and Valhorek. "I found fresh human sized boot prints in the dirt," he told them. "And in case you didn't notice, the room is free of cobwebs. I think someone is living down in these catacombs." A look of concern crossed his face when he remembered the animated puppets. It almost seemed as if someone was controlling their actions, perhaps by magic. "I know that necromancers can raise the dead and then control them but have either of you ever heard of a mage trying to control an army made out of wooden dolls?"
