After being startled by Barry flying into the room, Ravin chuckled. He was happy to see the skull leave quickly so he could be alone with the beautiful woman lying beside him. Loving the feel of Isobel's hair on his shoulder, he ran his fingertips through it then placed a soft kiss on her lips. "If anyone heard us they'll realize what a wonderful time we have together," he said with a smile. "And I'm glad you enjoyed our lovemaking because it was very special to me as well."

Ravin memorized every nuance of her face as his brown eyes roamed along it. Although he kept telling himself that he could never fall in love again, his heart seemed to be having other ideas. Afraid of being hurt again, he tried to deny the feelings that welled up inside him every time he looked at Isobel.

When she tickled his nose with the feather, he laughed then snatched the quill from her hand and sat up. Taking his time, he traced the letters of his name across her right breast. "Of course no one can see it, but you and I will know its there," he murmured. After placing a kiss on each of her nipples, he sat across her legs and began drawing the letters of the alphabet on her stomach. "Have you even thought about the possibility of getting married someday and settling down to raise a tribe of children? That used to be a dream of mine. It still is I guess, but the urgency I once had for the dream to come true isn’t as strong as it was. Maybe I'm learning to have more patience."

Ravin gave her a smile then handed her the quill before sliding off her legs and rolling unto his back. "I'd like to know how to spell your name, Isobel. Mark me with it like I've marked you with mine so I'll have you close to me at all times."
