Marz didn’t look too good, but then again the youth somehow managed to adapt to any injury thrown at him. That’s why he liked Marz, the youth always managed to simply ignore any pain he might be feeling, and still be able to do anything he wanted, or at least that’s what Corum thought.

Eventually they all found themselves by the hot springs, and it looked like Marz had the right idea. Corum stripped to his under garments, shoved Yorik into the dirt so that he could keep watch over the people in the spring, and quickly jumped in.

Man this was the life, this was great, this was fantastic, and…………………there was Tia looking absolutely ravishing. He turned to Yorik and winked at him. But as soon as he was about to do something, he spotted Barry, simply floating on the water. And that’s when the idea came to him.

The peon is a rather simple particle and by far the coolest. Just like all good particles, it has an evil twin brother, the anti-peon, where a collision between the two results in annihilation into ambivalence. It will be the heaviest of the heavy elementary particles, in a group known as the carryons. Topping the scales at an incredible 2045 MeV (mostly because of its beer gut), it is composed of even smaller particles known as quarks. Quarks, as most good people know, are of six types: up, down, strange, charmed, bottom, and top. The existence of the peon depends on the existence of two new quarks, the good and evil quarks.

It is one of the most elusive of the elementary particles, so it will be extremely difficult to locate. Most likely, peons will be found hitching a ride on gravity waves, which are tough to measure as it is. Steps have already been taken to find these waves. In 1969, Joseph Weber developed what came to be known as the Weber Bar. With this device he had hoped to lure the peons, known for their lack of morals) for a drink or two, but Weber ran into problems as other non-ethical particles (especially those leptons) kept riding through on their Harley waves, causing too many disturbances in his bar. It became impossible to pinpoint the peon in the midst of such a ruckus
.

And so Corum had an idea, actually the idea belonged to Yorik, but that was still cool by him. Although he really didn’t understand the concept of peon, and anti-peon, for some reason it reminded him of Barry, and so with that thought in mind, he quickly snuck up on the skull, and quickly plunged the head down under the water. He waited a very short bit, and let go of the skull, which due to the buoyancy of the water, shot straight up, and out of the water, for a good distance of, and if measured in accurate increments, twelve feet, or as physicists would measure, 3.6576 meters, or in more accurate details when concerning water, a whopping two fathoms, or perhaps better yet, and wondrous .001975 nautical mile.

“Whoa!” Corum stated. “That was excellent dude. Like can we try to see just how high you really can go?” But then suddenly Corum spotted Tia, and decided to get a bit more daring. He went up to Barry, and whispered in his ear. “Follow my lead dude,” he stated while gesturing towards Tia. He gave the skull a wink, and quickly dove under the water. He finally found Tia, and quite an admirable sight she was, from underwater that is. He made his way close to her, and when he was within a good distance, picked her up, and threw her in the middle of the spring causing a tremendously big splash.

“Two points!” Corum shouted wondering if Tia would beat the crap out of him.
