Sarra winced once when Valhorek first began to clean the wound, but after she had a taste of the pain, it was bearable...only that first, unexpected flash of unpleasant sensation bothered her. She listened to him scold her and had to smile, feeling like a ten-year-old having her scrapes tended by her mother. When he finished and gave her the packet and his instructions to find him if she experienced further pain, Sarra nodded and was about to move off when Valhorek spoke.

"How about we join the others outside? And by the way, what is it you do with this group?"

Sarra chuckled with a shake of her head, accepting his aid to get to her feet without irritating her arm. "Nothing useful," she admitted, "but I'm enjoying myself anyway. I came here looking for an item I was hired to retrieve, but the Queen's guards caught me" - she was still embarassed by the admission - "and I'm not sure what they would have done if Erlic hadn't stepped in and claimed I was his sister." She shrugged. "I've only been with them a couple of days, but it's an easy group to get along with, though I'm more accustomed to solitude. I can fight and I know a hell of a lot about ancient culture around here, which is a must when you're traveling in Neromba, as things never seem to stay buried." She grinned at the pun, then grew solemn as they emerged into the outside air.

"Look at those things," she said, half to herself, shuddering as she studied the birds. "Well. Distasteful as they are, I'll bet they were beautiful when they were alive." She had a great appreciation of animals, and the thought that the lives of these had been taken and their remains manipulated so bothered her vaguely. Shrugging off the feeling, she chose one that was mostly bones except for its wings for the sake of sanity, and settled herself on its back.

"Care to join me? Most of the others seem to be doubling up."
