Round two, and Iggy finally had a plan. He had been trying to eliminate the wrong thing the last time. 'When fighting one who uses magic,' he remembered his old teacher saying, 'always fight the power, not the one who wields it.'

The materia had to go. Now.

"DAUGHTER OF HECATE, PRINCESS OF ARCANIA, HEED MY PLEA. THIS OPPONENT OF THY MOTHER'S SERVANT HATH USURPED POWER FROM THE STREAM OF LIFE. I SUMMON THINE AVARICE NOW. MAGIC CALLS MAGIC! CERCE'S GREED!"

All materia which Star had equipped for the battle flew from her weapons, ripped out of her pockets, and repelled themselves from her armor. The colorful orbs of power swirled around Iggy in a large circle. He was awash in light from the materia. The orbs were then scattered abroad, flinging themselves far from the battlefield.

"Wha'cha gonna do now, Star?" asked Iggy. "Your biggest advantage against me has flown the coup." With that, Iggy powered up a defense spell and prepared for the worst.
