VJ's sword came perilously close to Duncan's head, cutting off a few of the birds red and yellow crown feathers. The Demi-Sayin then attempted to slash again. Duncan got within the reach of his brother and began to whack away at VJ's head with his Lightmallet©. VJ telported away once again after a couple of hits, leaving Duncan wildly swinging at the air.

"Take this and that, and that, and this, and that, and that, and... Hey! Where'd you go?" Duncan stopped, sat on the floor, and meditated. He could a presence behind him, like a mass of restrained energy quietly stalking him. It was five feet away. Three feet. Two inches. Something cutting air, in a swift downward arch.

Block.

"You're too loud to sneek up on me, V-kun," teased Duncan, as his weapon blocked the sword. Duncan rolled out of the way and stood several feet away in a fighting stance. "OSIRIS?"

"Yes, Master Duncan?" replied a disembodied female voice. VJ noted that the voice sounded more familiar than it did when he visited Castle Fenrir, his stepfather's home.

"Is that Mother's voice?"

"Yes," answered the computer, OSIRIS, "My vocal responsitory systems were modified recently, as well as my holographic... 'avitar,' to look like Mistress Amanda. I only hope he doesn't fall in love with his computer."

VJ sweatdropped.

"Audio track DOF1," commanded Duncan. Less than a second later, "Duel of the Fates," from Star Wars Ep. 1 was playing over the P.A. system of the spaceport. "You wanna look good infront of your girlfriend, don'tcha?" whispered the penguin.

"Nice dramatic effect," whispered VJ. "Thank you." He then said aloud, "You can never beat me, you monocromatic chicken!"

"Arrogent, you are," replied Duncan, in his best Yoda immitation as he leapt at his brother.

Your turn.
