Thank you, Harusaki-san, Iggy said inwardly as the lightning bolt flew towrd him. He pointed his staff at the floor beneath him and prepared another spell. Oh, I'm gonna be feelin' the effects of this one in the morning... He turned to face the bolt.

"DRACO EX TERRA!" From the magic circle beneath him, a dragon arose and circled around Iggy just as the bolt was about to hit. Tay's spell defused itself on the wooden scales of the beast. Its claws were made of metal, as were its teeth. The horns of the beast were stone, and its eyes looked as though they were made of the purest jade. Although it felt like a solid mass, it was transparent. Iggy could be seen through the body of the earth dragon, as he raised his hand at Tay. "Goodbye."

The dragon lunged at her, like a snake that was to strike at its prey. It head butted tay with the force of a runaway train. She was pinned to the ground before she slashed at the creature with her javelin. She stood up once again, hair tussled and brused, preparing to counter. When...

"DRACO EX AQUA!" A beast that looked like a plessiasour (Think the Loch Ness Monster)made entirely of water generated itself from the remaining water on the floor and swallowed her from beneath. The head and neck of the creature stuck out from the floor of the ring, with the priestess-in-training trapped within its gullet. She watched from within the watery throat as Iggy tossed back two more bottles of potion. He was sweating and panting, having expended large amount of energy to conjure up this spell. She could swear for a second that she saw fangs grow from his mouth, then retract into regular canine teeth. She and the water that held her up them fell with a mighty splash. When she landed, Tay was greeted to another heavy wave of water. She arose once again, beaten down and water logged by the dragon spell. And if memory served her well, there were several more incarnations of that spell to come.

If Iggy could produce them. Potions could only aid in regenerating so much Spirit energy. He didn't have enough energy to continue a true sorceror's duel. He would have to rely on his other tonics and runes from this point forward. Iggy was so winded that at this point he was hacking blood. Damn the Bronchitis! he cursed as he stood up again. FULL SPEED AHEAD!! He took several runes in his hand, and prepared to use them on his opponent. He wondered, as Tay chared at him, whether or not he should fight the rest of the battle in his Incubus form, when he'll be stronger...
